Our reception team pride themselves on great customer service, a friendly and inclusive atmosphere and having fun while getting the work done! We have a combination of full and part time staff, who will get to know you on your healthcare journey.

Kylie

Practice Manager

Kylie is our respected Practice and Business Manager and has played a key role in establishing Eternal. While she occasionally jumps in to help at the reception desk, most of her time is spent keeping everything running smoothly in her operations role, affectionately known around the practice as “the boss.”

Kylie is warm, approachable, and genuinely supportive of our team. She values genuine connections and works hard to create a welcoming, positive environment for both staff and patients.

Outside of work, Kylie enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, tending to her garden, and expanding her growing collection of plants. She also loves unwinding with a good podcast and a quiet moment in the sunshine.

Donna

Receptionist

Donna was born and bred in Hobart and has extensive administration and account management experience, working for 25 years within the telecommunications industry. Donna’s role as Maternity Ward Clerk at Hobart Private Hospital was her first foray into the world of Women’s Health and Medical Reception and she has been an integral part of Eternal Women’s Health since day one.

Donna is client-focussed and believes in (and demonstrates!) exceptional customer service in every interaction. Donna lives with her husband and two daughters, as well as their fur-kids Maggie and Sophie. She is a “must have great coffee” type of person, loves relaxing by the seaside or meeting friends for dinner. She is a lover of essential oils and has recently gotten her crochet hook back into action.

Kirsten

Receptionist

Kirsten is born and bred Tasmanian, and a familiar face to many people in Hobart, having worked in medical reception for over 16 years, and with Obstetricians for 12. Kirsten and her husband Marcus have two gorgeous children Max and Millie along with fur baby, French Bulldog Barney. When she’s not the front desk, Kirsten is busy doing book work for her family business, sipping a strong coffee and enjoying time with her family.

Louise

Receptionist

After a rural childhood growing up on a farm in the Huon Valley, Louise has spent the majority of her professional career in medical reception. She has gained broad experience working in General Practice, Aged Care, Hospital Reception and Specialist Medical Practices over the past 20 years. Louise joined Eternal Women’s Health in January 2021.

Louise is the proud mum of three boys, and in recent years has enjoyed becoming a Granny to two gorgeous little girls.

Nadia

Receptionist

Nadia has recently joined us at Eternal Women’s Health, having worked in administration and customer service for the majority of her professional career. Nadia has spent the last 13 years working in dental reception and she brings a wealth of administrative, customer service and front reception experience to her role.

When she isn’t working, Nadia is an avid cook and entertainer, with cakes being her speciality. She is mum to two young girls and her fur-baby, Busy.

Grace

Receptionist

Grace is a bright and bubbly member of our team who brings organisation, positivity, and a calm efficiency to each day. She plays an important role in helping the practice run smoothly and is always ready to support both her colleagues and our patients with a friendly smile. Her approachable nature and genuine care make her a valued part of the Eternal family.

Outside of work, Grace loves spending time at the beach, gaming with friends, and getting creative with her latest LEGO build. She enjoys balancing fun with focus and finds joy in the little things that brighten everyday life. Her upbeat attitude and love of all things playful help bring a light, welcoming energy to our practice.
